Is this hot for when in BIOS?

I have an AMD FX-6300 with a Cryorig H7 cooler and I was wondering if these temps are hot for when in the BIOS. When I launch up my computer it says the temp is around 15-22 C. Is this hot for being idle?

Those temperatures are nothing to worry about. Only worry if they go over 65*C.

Not at all when im in my Bios my temps are in the 30's-c sometimes 40's if my room hot.

I7 5820K OC 4GHz
Gigabyte Gaming 5 X99
Corsair H80i cooler
G Skill 16GB V 2400
MSI GTX 980 TI OC 10%~
Corsair 700 PSU

I do believe that you cannot trust the temp readout on AMD CPU's at that low of a temp. but like other posters have said that is quite low. mine idles at about 30 Celsius.
