Is this i5 6600k pc worth it for £500?

With the amount of money you put into everything else, I recommend you invest into a 1TB HDD and keep the SSD, or just get a ~500GB SSD for it all. I have no idea why the i5-6600K is costing you 500 euros, it's usually sold for half of that. Way better off going for a Core i7 6700K, saving you around under 200 euro.
