Question Is this inverse ghosting?

Hi! After a brief search I discovered inverse ghosting. Is that what I am seeing in my game, and is there a fix?

I don't see a visual defect in the video.

So, whatever you seem to be seeing...this is destroying the game experience for you?

I noticed it right away and thought it didn't seem natural. When I look at the ground, the whole screen brightens. When I look at the sky the screen dims/darkens. It's very obvious to me. Am I crazy? Is this an intended effect?

Check your monitor / TV settings for an entry that suggests that any sort of dynamic brightness adjustment is enabled?

It looks fine to me.
