is this isp monitor any good?

I intend to surf the net, use programs like eclipse and visual studios. But the main reason I want an isp is so the image contrast looks good no matter what angle I look at it from.

I know it's not that good for gaming as the refresh rate and response time isn't that low. So my question is.
1. Does it make that much of a difference if I'm not on an fps game.
2. Does it make a lot of difference on an fps game?
3. Are the other specs like the color display and contrast ratio good for digital painting/drawing.

I think you mean IPS, not ISP.

1) IPS is perfectly fine for general usage.
2) Personal opinion. IMHO it's not going to make a difference unless you're in a championship or something. 5ms either way doesn't make much of a difference.
3) I can't really say.
