If any suggestions, I would like it very much if the pricing stays around $3,000.

A very nice build, you could run as is.

My suggestions:

1. I7-9700K will be priced similarly and will be a stronger processor.
2. Z390 is a slightly better chipset. Asrock is a good value.
3. Do you need bulk storage with a 2tb HDD? I might consider deferring on a hard drive until you actually need the space.
With ssd prices down, you could even up to a 1tb evo.
