Question is this laptop ribbon cable repairable?

the laptop is the asus k53s, ive been playing it with the laptop by open it and close it and when ever i do that i had to remove the power ribbon cable of the laptop, now it wont boot up anymore. Yes i know that it is stupid to do that but you know i was just curiose.
So this is the picture of the power ribbon cable

And this is the other side of the ribbon cable

so are there any ways to fix it or ill just have to buy a new one?

will it work with any other ribbon cable as long as it has 6 pin?
for example can i use a k43s power ribbon cable even tho mine is a k53s? i cant seem to find the k53s model only k43s on the internet.

The number of pins does not necessarily relate to the size/width of the cable.
