Is this legit? ebay windows seller

So I keep seeing this seller on ebay named +++++++++++++++ removed by Moderator.
He is selling windows 10 for 55 bucks and shows documents in the description of how he bought it through windows, and activated the terms for each key through windows. Hes the only seller showing "proof" that it is a legit key without retail packaging... take a look! I really need windows 10 but I surely don't want to pay the 130 bucks... nor do I want an OEM license. What do you guys think about this>?

Yeah I can use Word, Photoshop and a bunch of other programs to make fake reciepts/emails too

Seller is not a microsoft certified vendor, and you are not getting a sealed box with COA sticker, thus not legit.
If a random guy on the street said hey check this out a got winodws key (printed on a piece of paper) and this reciept (again just printed on a peice of paper) would you believe it was legit, no of course not.

If it is cheaper then OutletPC, Microcenter, Amazon, and/or Newegg then the key is not legit.
