It's showing the 8600K so far behind even the 7700K. I thought the 8600K was better that 7700K?

And this whole time I thought I could trust youtube. 🙁

Eh, seems like a pretty simplistic test setup, and potential reliability issues.
Depending on the game, either can be better.

There may be the odd game that the 7700K is faster, where hyperthreading *really* helps, but, most comparisons I;ve seen had the 8600K in the lead when both were at stock clocks. If both at 5 GHz, and, for games that 4t/8t might be enough, it's possible the 7700K might eke out a victory occasionally.

Sell some plasma, and get the 8700K your really want!
