Is this list of components compatible?

I've been looking to upgrade my 6 year old Pentium 4 rig to one that lasts another 6 years. The usage is very very basic, mostly internet surfing and some songs and HD movies. Over the past few weeks I've gathered a list of components. Since I am in India, local availability is an important criteria and I've assembled a list on Flipkart, India's most popular online retailer. Here is the list and I would like someone to go through it and just check wether something is incompatible as well as also recommend the best motherboard out of the list to me :-

Its all compatible but you should change the memory to dual-channel.
ex: Corsair 4gb 2x2gb.
