Is this market cooler going ok on my motherboard

Hey guys I'm buying new cooler (have stock one) tomorrow and I was wondering if it's gonna fit okay. My motherboard is n68c-gs fx, my cpu is fx8300(I know it sucks) and I'm getting Cooler ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2, s. 775/1155/1156/1150/1366/AM2/AM2+/AM3/AM3+/FM2/FM2+/FM1/939/754
So is it going to be okay or do I need to look for another coolers?

Is the cpu new as well? Or already using it? Since not in the officially supported list ...

That cooler should be fine though.
