is this mb worth buying i am upgrading from asus p8b75-m le i am also upgrading my GPU to a 970 will it all work on this new mb ASUS SABERTOOTH X58, LGA 1366/Socket B, Intel Motherboard i have i7 cpu atm

Checking out the specs on the board it looks like a good board. I had a asus sabertooth am3+ board which was great and it still works for my cousin that I have given the computer too. Sabertooth motherboards are good boards in my opinion but everyone has their own experience with the equipment. The case that you have linked says that it can hold an atx size board so according to the specs it should fit and could be a tight fit depending on the equipment you are also putting in the case.
