i dont plan to overclock or do any thing

my question is the ram compatiable with it.... as it is not present on the qualified vendors list of the motherboard

It should work fine in dimm slot one on the board. Check your manual for ram configuration options. I recommend a 2 x 2 gb kit instead for dual channel support. They don't cost much more. I found my gskil 2x4 gb kit for $35 last week; that's what I would get for the long run.
