Is this memory compatible with my GA-MA770-UD3?

Sorry, been a while since I have upgraded RAM, and have been having a hard time narrowing down which modules are compatible and affordable.

Motherboard: GA-MA770-UD3 rev 1.0
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 B55

The closest affordable solution for 16gb of memory seems to be this SAMSUNG 16GB 4X4GB DDR2-800MHz PC2-6400 PC6400 240PIN for AMD CPU Motherboard.

I have checked the memory compatible list from Gigabyte here but they don't list any modules above 1gb.

Will this Samsung memory work with my motherboard and cpu?

The above Samsung Memory specs is correct, but it is high density. I would not recommend high density RAM, better to go with low density.
You motherboard support ECC and Non-ECC RAM. Non-ECC is faster.
