Is this memory compatible with this board?

Sorry if this is a noob question I'm new to this kinda stuff.
Well the board is the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 and the memory is the G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) the only reason I am getting this memory is because it is on sale for $50 and the memory i was originally going to get was $47 which was the G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB).

Absolutely it is. Any RAM that is 240-pin DDR3 will be compatible.
