Here's the system:
Mobo- Gigabyte LGA 155 Z77-D3H
Cpu-Xeon E3 1220 V3
I am concerned there's a clash in the chipset/socket. If so can anyone recommend a motherboard about £60-£70 that can support this chip but is capable of okay overclocking?

£220-£230
I was thinking of an i5-4670k with a Gigabyte LGA 155 Z77-D3H. Would that work or are there better motherboards out there that support that also support the i5-4670k

Okay guys, motherboard wise I have brought it down to three options:
. Gigabyte LGA 155 Z77-D3H
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-Ultra-Durable-Motherboard-Z77-D3H/dp/B007KHROSC/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1403606140&sr=1-1&keywords=LGA+155+Z77-D3H

.GIGABYTE Z97 micro ATX
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00K9R1NMS/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

.GIGABYTE Z97-HD3
http://www.amazon.co.uk/GIGABYTE-Z97M-DS3H-LGA1150-Micro-ATX-Motherboard/dp/B00KBCIBTO/ref=sr_1_8?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1403606270&sr=1-8&keywords=z97

So yeah. The reason the micro atx board is in there is shearly due to the price. Is there much performance gain over the micro atx z97 when using the ATX z97? The case I will be using is the phantom 410, incase that matters :)

The 4670k is also socket 1150 so it not going to work on the z77(socket 1155). Also the 4690k would be a better choice as it faster and runs cooler and is usually only a little more than the 4670k. The z97 hd3 would be ok, performance between the 2 z97 boards will be the same.
