Is this mobo configuration even possible?

Hi folks, I’m worried that the below new rig I’m building will run out of ‘bandwidth’ for all the devices I’m including. I DO NOT GAME at all or will over clock the CPU/Mem. My current PC is 7 years old and I don’t really know the bandwidth/PCIe lane terminology and what is possible. This what will be in the box:

-i7-6700k + Heat sink/Fan
-1 older Intel X-25 SATA 3 SSD
-2 SATA 6 spindle platter drives
-Samsung 950 Pro 256 GB M.2 PCIe 3x4 Ultra drive
(-Possible I will add a separate sound card if on-board is crappy.)

This is the board that looks great as it has USB 3.1 and two slots for M.2 Ultra 4 drives. Here are the specs:

PCI Express 3.0 x16
1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 (PCIEX16)
* For optimum performance, if only one PCI Express graphics card is to be installed, be sure to install it in the PCIEX16 slot.
1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x8 (PCIEX8)
* The PCIEX8 slot shares bandwidth with the PCIEX16 slot. When the PCIEX8 slot is populated, the PCIEX16 slot will operate at up to x8 mode.
1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x4 (PCIEX4)
* The PCIEX4 slot shares bandwidth with the PCIEX1_3 slot. When the PCIEX1_3 slot is populated, the PCIEX4 slot will operate at up to x1 mode.

PCI Express x1
3 x PCI Express x1 slots
(All of the PCI Express slots conform to PCI Express 3.0 standard.)

Storage Devices

SATA 6Gb/s
6 x SATA 6Gb/s connectors
SATA Express
3 x SATA Express connectors

M.2
2 x M.2 Socket 3 connectors
SATA RAID
0/1/5/10

If the vid card dropped down to 8 PCIe lanes I would never even notice the slight hit. Now hopefully the last questions:

1. So with using a single M.2x4 Ultra drive, one video card, an old school SATA3 SSD and two other internal spindle SATA6 drives, would I not degrade performance ? Will the overall 'bandwidth' take a hit or will all of the components even work?

2. If I later drop in a second M.2 Ultra 4 drive, I would remove the older SATA 6 Intel SSD drive. Then I'd have two M.2 drives and two older SATA6 spindle drives. Then at this point would I take a hit with the lanes? I'm just trying to figure out if this is the right board for me. But perhaps whatever board I pick will be limited by the Z170 chip set?

Please advise as I’d like to buy the above gear today or tomorrow.
