Well, dumb questions because I think its a pretty solid MOBO, just wanna see a second opinion.
The MOBO is the GIGABYTE Z370 AORUS Ultra Gaming and will be used for the I7 8700k with the Dark Rock Pro 3 Cooler.
I have heard that the VRMs on Gigabyte boards aren't that good. It would be better to go with something in ASRock's or ASUS's line. Obviously there are people who have fine boards from Gigabyte but it just seems that ASRock and ASUS are much more consistent with board quality.

Never had any issues with Gigabyte. Can you suggest me a board in the same price range from asus or asrock that will fit the CPU and Cooler?

Both fine boards. Like I said, if you do go with the Gigabyte you probably won't have that many issues if you really like the looks. I've just HEARD that they don't have the greatest VRMs.

Hm well, i really like the Gigabyte more.
I will take the Gigabyte one.. if it makes problems i can still send it back to Amazon.
The ultra gaming has a weak VRM setup(despite it's name it is on the lower end of the gaming series) if you are planning on overclocking. The gaming 3, 5 and 7 models have better VRM setups. I'm currently using the gaming 5 with my 8700k.

Well, will the Dark Rock 3 pro fit on those mobos?

You wont have problems, just extreme 4 would handle overclocking better and might have higher durability.

Yeah... well... endet up with the ASUS one..dont know. Just searched the web a bit and many say its better so.
That Asus prime z370-p is not going to be a good overclocker it has the same weak vrm issue as the ultra gaming. The Asus Prime z370-A would be better if you want that style of Asus board.

I wont overclock really much. The Boost clock is 4,7 right? I will maybe just set the CPU to the boost clock or so.

4.7 is for only 1 core, 6 cores only boosts to 4.3Ghz. Unless you win big in the silicon lottery 4.7 across all cores is going to require more voltage.

Yeah well i will see. If i REALLY need a new mobo, i can still do so or return this one if it fails after a few days..
Im not a big overclocker, i will then just overclock it a bit probably. I mean i also got my friends Ryzen 5 1600x to 4 Ghz stable at 1.35V, he won the lottery.. and his mobo is not a really good one to.
