Recently I bought a new motherboard ga-h61m s2v b3 because h61m s was not in stock. When i brought the pc and started it, there was a boot logo of sungju computers instead of gigabyte. I asked the seller, he said it was japan unit but i will still get warranty if anything happened. But i suspect that it is a refurbished or repaid mobo but it looks brand new. Should i get it replaced or go with it..... Guys reply fast.....

I live in india, i live in a small town and the seller just gave me a bill with his shop stamp on it and this is how it works here...

The only entity in charge of the validity or warranty status is gigabyte.
Go to that link, and see what they say about the specific serial number.
