Looking over the specs, I'd say yes it certainly is, but it does have mixed reviews on Newegg. I am not sure how well it would be for gaming, if that would be the reason you're getting it for. It's a 4K monitor, you'd need a powerful computer to play games on it. There are a few videos on youtube about that monitor, go check them out and see what the reviewers have to say.

Thank you, I'll look at some videos & reviews. Yes the monitor is for gaming, I'll use it for 4k gaming for certain games. Like Skyrim, Planetside 2 & those games that are gorgeous when ultra high settings are turned on.

And yes I have a very powerful computer. Got that covered
