Is there any more good ones for cheaper around 150ish. I also live next to a micro center so I can get one from there too.

This is the same monitor just 21.5" for $140 but I think that for $20 more than your budget the option above is a good deal and both of them are far better than your first option.

IPS panels should not be used for games as they have extemely slow response times when compared with TN monitors. They do have way better quality and viewing angles but are not for games were you want fast response times.

There are some hybrid IPS solutions that have lower response times but even these can't beat cheaper TN monitors.

I don´t think that he or any average gamer will notice the difference from 5ms to 2 ms or there´s something I´m missing?

Scratch that I noticed you mentioned a budget of $150 well now I need to ask what your PC specs are and what kind of gaming are we talking about?
