I notice it has HDR would this be worth it to replace my HP omen 27 165?

HDR alone isn't enough to drive an upgrade IMO.

I am looking into getting a new monitor for my new rig Im coming from a HP omen 165 1440p gsync
Asus TUF Gaming VG27BQ 27”
ASUS ROG Swift PG27VQ 27”
ASUS ROG Strix XG279Q 27”

If your using the new upgrade as a secondary monitor, then either of the three would would fine. However if you are replacing your HP monitor with either of those three, then it's not worth it. All three you have listed are almost identical to the HP.

All three have G-sync, 165 Hz, 1440p and have less than 1.1ms response time.

Not worth replacing the HP for something with the same specs and spending close to $400 plus dollars.
