Is this motherboard BOX safe to put my motherboard and GPU on?

Hello, this is my motherboard box: http://imgur.com/a/pp1Vc

As you can see, it has on the one side a rainbowy title writing Asus maximus iv extreme! I wonder if that material is perhaps conductive?

And at the back, you can see some stickers as well and again would like to ask, are those perhaps conductive? I'm asking because i don't think those 2 materials are made of cardboard and they have a different sensation when touching them!

You should be fine. Just handle the motherboard and GPU carefully around the edges when handling them. Just don't moonwalk across the carpet in your socks before handling them, though. I would also recommend washing your hands thoroughly to avoid getting finger oils all over your components. Handle your CPU carefully around the edges as well and avoid touching the top or bottom of it. Just be careful and you should be fine.
