Is this Motherboard compatiable with existing components?

Hey guys,

I wanted to change the size of my motherboard from a Mini-ITX to an ATX form. My existing components are as follows:

CPU: Intel i5-4670K (Haswell)
GPU: Gainward GTX 770 (2GB)
RAM: Kingston HyperX Blu (2x4GB)
1 HDD and SSD.

This is the motherboard that I would like to use: Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H

I would like to use this computer as a Hackintosh (not sure if this can be discussed here..)
If that motherboard is incompatiable there is a variety of other boards avalibale. I would like the board to be in an ATX size. Budget for this motherboard is $200 - $250.

The mobo is fully compatible with your parts.
You can even add one of the latest Haswell models on it in case the occasion arises.
