Is this motherboard compatible with my CPU?

So I ordered a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3+AMD 990FX + SB950 SATA 6GB/s it said it would work with any of the AMD FX series processors, but upon starting it up with my AMD FX 8320 it would not let me enter BIOS, even though the startup screen would show up and say press F12 to enter setup.
Is this a error on my part or is the motherboard the problem here?

That motherboard is compatible with the FX-8320 , The fact you can't get into BIOS points to a bad motherboard. Get an RMA right away, ask if you can do a DOA swap for another new motherboard.

Use a PS/2 keyboard not a USB keyboard.

If that works be sure to enable your USB options in the BIOS.
