I am using a Dell 0T568R motherboard and before I buy a new graphics card which would require upgrading my power supply as well...I need to know if its compatible.

A single GTX 960 only needs a decent 400w to 450w power supply , but that high quality SEASONIC WILL BE GREAT FOR THE FUTURE.

Thanks to both of you for confirming and that's exactly what I was thinking when I saw the price difference in the PSUs. I want to upgrade all around but I don't want to just buy anything on a whim lol. I want to eventually get a new processor and a new motherboard will probably be needed soon too as this computer is about 5 years or so old now.
