Is this Motherboard good for its price range? Are there any better Motherboards for gaming around the same price range (+ or - 50$)

That's pretty much the best budget motherboard out there, and a highly recommended pick.

If you want slightly better build construction, upgrade to the extreme 6... but it's by no means a must.
