Is this Motherboard good for overclocking?

Yes you could. I wouldn't recommnend this one though. MSI lately have been having some problems with quality control. Also for such an ' aggressive' OC a higher tier mobo would be recommended. Something with a beefier VRM. I am a Gigabyte fan, so something like the UD3 maybe.

Anyway the 6700k is already pretty high clocked out of the box. If you are only planning on gaming with it, the performance gain would be really small.
