So it is NO for 6300

Per the CPU Support List, that motherboard supports the FX6300 processor since BIOS version F3. Can't say if it's a good board without knowing the intended computer system usage.

Update: It appears there are more than one version of the board. You would need to verify what board version you're getting to determine if the CPU is supported.

Update 2: It appears Axlfone linked the wrong board: S2P and not USB3

I know what board, but you won't know what revision you get. Since Axlfone linked the wrong board, I'll say yes. Your board does support the FX6300 since BIOS version F3. This means you may need to update the BIOS before the CPU will work with that motherboard.
