Is this motherboard good?

Basically im building a budget gaming pc and I already decided to go with the fx 6300, how does this motherboard work with it.
(I am getting a seperate GPU)
(I DO plan on slight overclocking)

That motherbooard is not good. Its known to have throttling and heat issues. The cheapest AM3+ board I reccomend is the Gigabyte UD3P.

That one is worse than the MSI.

Just spend more and get the UD3P! It is definitely a better motherboard overall.
