Is this motherboard good?

Found this good ASRock Mobo for a good price:

Only problem I see is that it's an H55 and is LGA 1156 rather than 1155, is there a difference, could I run a i3 on this?

You Could Run An I3 On That Yes (As Long As It Is Socket 1156) But All Those Boards LGA1366/1156/1555 Are Dead-Ends (Limited Upgradeability) If You Really Insist On That Intel Crap Id Suggest Going With LGA2011 When Its Ready For Primetime, Or You Could Go With AMD And Not Hafta Change To A New Socket Every Year ... Hint, Hint
