Is this motherboard really am3+?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GIGABYTE-MA770T-UD3-MOTHERBOARD-AM3-ATX-/200680130388?pt=UK_Motherboards_CPUs&hash=item2eb977c754 found this ebay listing, notice on the front of the box it says am3+ cpu ready, however on gigabyte's cpu support list for this product I found no mention of any am3+ cpu's and it did not say it was am3+ ready either.
Just a little confused by the listing, as the picture clearly shows this being am3+ ready.

Allow me to apolagize, just looked into it more, it is revision 3.1 that has support for am3+ cpu
