Is this my Video Card Problem?

Just upgrade my computer not long ago!

Here is my problem, when i play WC3, somehow, if there are too many units, i can feel the delay, i dont know, why will that happen!

Here is my setup

CPU: P4 2.6/FSB 800 ( got it yesterday)
Mainboard: Asus P4P800-DLX
Ram: 2 256MB PC-3200 DDR400 SDRAM (Total 512)
VideoCard: Asus Ti4800 8x

And useing WinMe

I believe the Cpu and mainboard are fine, should i upgarde the ram or video card?

This rig should be able to run WC3 at almost any settings. I dont think you need to upgrade any components. Here are the usual questions, do you have the latest drivers? any programs running in background? It seams odd to me that you get delay on a game like WC3 with that rig...

yeah, I, download the latest driver for my video card, and i reboot before i play the game, and i did not run any program, while i play the game.

Here is my WC3 Video Setting

Resolution: 1024*768*32
Model Detail: High
Animation Quality: High
Texture Quality: High
Particles: High
Light: High
Unit Shadows: On
Occlusion: On
Spell Detail: High

And then i try to play with 800*600*32, with more units there are no delay, that is why i guess maybe its my video card problem!
