Issue: Weird striations on black screen

Been a while since I last bought a monitor 2-3 years. I was checking to see if there were any dead pixels and noticed on the all-black screen that there were these weird striations. I ran it on my other monitor to see if it was the video and those lines don't appear. Any clue what this is? Should I return it? I appreciate any insight on this. My other monitor is a TN panel where this is a IPS
