Is this non oc build good?

I've been working on this build for a while.The games i play mostly are league of legends and mmorpg games. i will be using it for streaming and mostly gaming. will i get high fps from this build. Thanks

Don't waste money on the aftermarket case fans. The case already comes with included fans, and those are enough for proper cooling. So you should just remove the Cooler Master fans, and then you're fine.

If you still want the fans, then get them, it's your money.

Yeah, that's a nice build, but if you want to OC in the future get the i5-4690k instead.
