is this normal booting?

i just build new [strike]cpu[/strike] PC, when i turn on its show the gpu then board and then windows, is that normal? or when i turn on my [strike]cpu[/strike] PC it should be directed to windows straight? im not using ssd btw. its like this turn on [strike]cpu[/strike] PC " writing about the gpu which is gtx 1060 " then showing the board w/ press f2 del blah blah writings and then windows, is that normal?

It's a perfectly normal boot process, you don't need to be concerned about it.

There are options in bios and windows msconfig to change boot, either showing post process, limiting time shown or not, showing motherboard/gpu Gui or not etc. You can change what to see to a boot-windows if you choose to.

its showing gpu bios before board bios then windows, how i can get rid of gpu bios on windows startup?

Depends on your bios to exactly what the switches say. You'll have to look. Many just say 'show Gui at startup (enable)' etc. You'd change it to disable.
