i got anewmobo and i installed the cpu but it felt like i placed it wrongly . and when i put the screws in the force kinda bent the motherboard like a little bit. is Chrome eating 20 percent of i7 9700k when having 5 to 7 tabs open and twitch playing in 1080p?

Solution
I kind of worded it a bit weird - my mistake.
The gold triangle should be pointing directly at the triangle on the retention bracket. It should fit right in like a puzzle piece of sorts.
So if you did that, you should be good there.

As for the cpu cooler, what is it?
It is possible to over-tighten some coolers, as in the screws don't 'stop'.

Check: Did you line up the small gold triangle on the cpu with the triangle on the motherboard retention socket?

Check:
and when i put the screws in the force kinda bent the motherboard like a little bit.
I'm not sure what this is supposed to mean...
Something about over-tightening screws, perhaps?

Check: Chrome is a resource hog, more so with ram. More tabs = more ram.
