Is this normal for my build?

So I watched a video where a dude had a gtx 1060 3gb and i5 6600k and he got 300FPS average no problem on overwatch. But I have a gtx 1060 6gb and i5 6600k oc at 4.7hz with 8gb if ram and I struggle to get over 200fps
