Question Is this normal? I7 8700k

Hey, I currently have a Asus rog strix Z390-f gaming motherboard, h100i pro cooler, and an i7 8700k. When I try to OC my cpu to 4.7, I just tried 1.225 voltage on cinebench and was reaching 86-87 Celsius. Is this normal? Do I just have a terrible chip?

Have you tried setting the fan profile for your cooler to the performance setting, or set a manual curve that ramps up to 100% fans on the radiator a little bit earlier?

What case are you using?

How many case fans are you running?

WHERE are your case fans installed?

For EACH fan location, is it configured as an intake or an exhaust?

Where is your radiator mounted?

Did you peel the plastic film that covers the thermal interface material on the bottom of the water block that comes pre-applied, before installing it?

Having you double checked your mounting screws?

What sort of temps are you idling at?
