what is the fastest jedec speed you have in spd under cpu-z if the are hynix they might be at max check if there is not a bios update .

now that you have spd reading for xmp what it the memory tab reading on cpu-z also did you activate axmp in uefi bios for ram at max working speed .

did you activate axmp in bios for ram since it run at max jedec settings but if you try the tutorial it is at your own risk .

activate the 2933mhz xmp than enter number form tutorial and everything is working fine.

couple of days before when I load xmp for 2666mhz, system would restarted 2 times before proper booting

well the only option you have left is to see if ther is any uefi update from your currnt one that could help raise ram speed .
