Question Is this normal (RAM Usage and reservation)?

I always have atleast 4GB in use with only a couple of Firefox windows/tabs in the backgound. Likewise, I always have only about 2-2.9 GB free and 1.1GB reserved for Hardware(note that I have Vega 8 iGPU). I noticed that my laptop is a little slower and checked the performance tab. Idk, if being left with just 2GB of free ram and 1.1GB reserved is normal. If this is an issue I'd like to have a solution to this. Thank You.

What else is running in the background ? If it doesn't add up you mught have memory leak.

Yes it doesn't add up. I have 6 firefox tabs open and a microsoft edge window, right now. Task Manager processes tab shows that around 550 megabytes is in use but under the performance tab it says 4.5GB of memory is in use. In case of memory leak, how can diagnose and fix it??
Also, is it normal that my hardware reserved memory is 1.1GB because I remember other computers having the same less than 100 megabytes. Thank You.
