[SOLVED] Is this normal temp for Ryzen 7 2700 non x and Sapphire Nitro+ rx5700xt?

hello guys so this is my currnt specs

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700 non x
CPU Fan: Wraith Prism
Thermal Paste: noctua nt-h1
MOBO: Gigabyte x470 aorus gaming 7
RAM: Gigabyte aorus ram 3200mhz 8x2 and (8x2 dummy sticks)
GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ rx 5700xt
Case: Cougar Gemini S
Fans:
1x rear
3x top
3x Front

My temps for my cpu is
Idle: 49-50c
On Load: 51-55c (games like pubg, dota2, csgo, battlefield 5, witcher 3, borderlands 3)

My temps for my gpu is
Idle: 45-49c
On Load: 55-59c


are these temps normal? or somethings wrong? Thanks

Those are excellent temps. Nothing to worry about.

Normal, but take out the top-front fan. It will only serve to pull cool air out of the case.

great thank man. Anothere question is, during idle times some my cores bumps up to max clock speed. Is that normal for ryzen? even though im using ryzen balance plan

Yes, your CPU is never really fully at idle. Apps and background processes will bump CPU speed.

Would it be a worthy upgrade if i replace my cooler to a deep cool castle 360ex? or should i just stay with stock one?

No don't buy a AIO at almost the same price as your CPU

Stock cooler or if you want better temperatures you buy something like the hyper 212 black.
