Agreed that is not good at all, your heatsink may not be installed properly. Or you overclocked way too high.

Case, Case fans and number, cpu cooler?

How dirty is inside of case.

Thinking case ventilation is poor considering how hot MB temps are.

Ram is DDR double data rate 800*2=1600, are you reading ram speeds with CPUZ? If so just double number given.
