Maxing Hitman Absolution, Sleeping Dogs, etc...

16x AF/8x AA Maxed settings 1920x1080 with a Radeon 7950 slightly overclocked.

I've read stories of people maxing these games with no AA/AF, or even not maxing them at all with a 7950, what's going on? o.o

You probably have a better processor than them, an overclock or a greater tolerance for crappy framerates. To me a game isn't max'd unless its all the highest settings at 60FPS.

They're very smooth and from the one benchmark I ran it was 50-60 average(Absolution) with lowest at 40-ish during explosion scenes,etc..

You can max it but you will probably get about 45-60 fps on hitman
