Is this normal?

This almost always happens to me I don't know why I normally only have a game running and some tabs on chrome

the game you are running is most likely taking up most of that memory, and chrome tabs take up a nice chunk of memory

Probably have things in start up also that take up a fair piece of DRAM, Virus, Adobe junk, etc

I got no av since I don't get virusus, disabled most useless stuff in startup already only have the necessary things running there

Have you checked for Malware, malwareBytes has a good free version

yeah I do scans every so often, I know a fair bit about viruses so I can spot when I have anything of the sort, I think it might just be from too many chrome tabs open with 100k+ usage on them lol

Chrome can easily eat up the DRAM
