Hey, I was wondering if these numbers were normal, this is with youtube(chrome) open with a video playing, spotify (not playing anything), battle.net, skype.

everything looks good....if I were you I would install more ram, also try to figure out what's using the CPU, I do understand that the 22% usage could be because you are using hardware monitoring software, to me that's a lot....check and disable services that you are not using or set them to manual mode

Chrome seems to me using most of the cpu.
