Hello!
So I recently bought an i5 6600k Skylake processor from Intel and I have a EVGA 2GB GTX 950 .. I'm not overclocked and I have 16GB of DDR3 Ripjaws 1600mhz of RAM w/ a 1TB HDD. When I play a game like Battlefield 4, I can run it at Ultra settings but it doesn't have consistent 60FPS or higher...it just moves from 55-61FPS and it'll random drop to 35 for a serious split second. Am I bottlenecking? My temps for all my cores are at 34 degrees stand alone..probably in the 40s while playing, I don't see whats going on. I also look at videos of people who have my CPU and GPU, and can run 70-80 frames easy.
