my specs are :
evga gtx 960 ssc

i5 6600K 3.50 hz

the question is : Can i overclock my gpu safety ? i mean there is many edition of the gtx 960 mine is ssc .. does this mean i can overclock it safety or the factory already overclocked it which makes it little powerful from the other gtx's 960 ?

MSI AFTER burn information is:

1277 MHZ
3505 MHZ

i didn't overclock anything since i got it .

thanks in advance :D

that's pretty hard

yes u can
SSC stands for super-super clocked and is one below FTW. This means the card is factory overclocked by EVGA and has been tested for stability at the overclocked clocks.
the SSC should means that it's already factory-OCed, but u can still OC it manually too

just overclock it till u reach the sweet spot between performance/temps-stability (where u can play games without crashing at all, in good temps too)

there's also the silicon lottery
my suggestion is to try increasing step by step [perhaps 50 / 100 each step]

(my GPU manage to handle +200mhz)
