I dont really know much about temperatures what is on my PC, so i wonder maybe someone can help me figure out, how it works.

This is my idle PC temp:

And this is my gaming session temp:

Can you guys let me know if these temps are ok? and why my freakin PUBG is lagging! (stuttering, dropping frames)

SPECS:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7500 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3408 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
System Manufacturer MSI
System Model MS-7A79
BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 1.00, 17.05.2017
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 8,00 GB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

Solution

well texture is all about VRAM, the VRAM usage might have exceed your available one, that's why the game turns into stutter mess

his spec might be the same, but the 1060 might be the 6 GB instead of your 3 GB, my suggestion is that u stick with the meds for texture and AA, the rest should go to low / very low, should give u extra boost performance and better distance viewing [thanks to the med AA smoothing up some jagged edge]

Your screenshots don't include CPU temps, but the GPU temps are fine. PUBG is VERY poorly optimized and most mid-tier gaming systems will not play it well at any settings higher than medium. If you try high settings on PUBG, frame drops and stuttering are expected.

if it's:
below 80: u're still fine and good to go
above 80: u should start being wary about the temps
above 90: danger! maybe u clocked too high [usually overclocker], maybe the vents and fan aren't good enough, maybe the thermal paste requires replacement, there's many possibility in this case, but it all comes down to 1 thing, it's dangerous and it can damage your CPU!

if u're lagging, it's pretty normal, the game is unoptimized and pretty demanding to begin with
for both smoother experience and better gameplay, better stick with the very low - low settings, fast paced competitive games like PUBG and CSGO will be better with more fps instead of more eye-candy :D

Thanks for replays. High is only for textures all others is on low. I was just watching video where guy with the same specs are playing pubg and his preformance (FPS) was much better then i have. So i'm litlle bit confused. And more memo purchase could help any bit?
