Is this normal

Here are the specs on my pc:
Strix 370e mobo
i5 8600k oc’d to 4.5
Asus 1060 turbo 6g oc’d
Samsung 970 pro 512 nvme m.2 (boot drive)
Samsung 960 pro 512 nvme m.2
Seasonic 650w 80+ platinum
16gb corsair vengeance 3000

On overwatch im getting 60 fps, is that normal.

Most 29-inch ultrawides are set to 60hz. If it is set to display based, the game will only run up to 60FPS. If you select "unlimited" or an equivalent option, then you'd actually end up getting the FPS you normally would regardless of your display.
Hmm... That actually is not normal. All these components are meeting the conditions to have way over 60 FPS. But 60 FPS is an in-game specific setting. Check in-game settings and turn vertical sync off (v-sync) and check your graphics card control panel to make sure that it is also turned off. Say if this didn't do it's thing.
