Question Is this normal?

I've recently noticed that my boot drive is constantly going from 0-3% and my wifi is receiving 8-16k. I captured the disk usage. It didn't show in this photo but usually there's a correlation between the wifi and disk usage. Why am I basically constantly dl data? Or is that not what's happening. I could swear when I built this pc that at idle, everything sat at 0%.

I've never ul a photo before. When I click the link, it makes me click view. There should be two cropped images of taskman. I hope it works.

Check in the Processes page which app is using the network and possibly disc. And it can be normal for the two to be correlated, especially if it's say the web browser saving things in a temp folder.

Did the photo link not work? I took a photo of the processes tab. System is usually at the top when I click disk activity.

Open Resource Monitor, go to the Disk tab, expand the "Disk Activity" section, then click on the "Total (B/sec)" header until it sorts in descending order.

It should tell you what file(s) System is touching
